Complaints Handling Policy
Within this Policy, the rules for handling complaints are outlined and effective procedures for reasonable and timely consideration of the complaints of Lenno Global Advisory JSC’s clients and potential clients, are being introduced. Submitting a complaint, its consideration, the actions taken for its resolution and subsequently, the answer given to the client is done under the order outlined in the current Policy.
